-Unlimited wedding consultations
- Vendor communication take over 9 weeks prior to wedding date.
-Wedding Party Arrival & Line-Up, Ensure the couple, wedding party, and family members are organized and ready before the ceremony.
-Processional — Organize and cue the wedding party for the entrance.
-Creation of Wedding day timeline and schedule for the day.
- Placing any wedding stationery provided by the client.
-Certified Lead coordinator on site from getting ready until the close of the evening
-Assistant coordinators on site for 8 hours or more depending on the wedding size
- Wedding Morning Floral Pick-Up — Pick-up of your bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and other personal wedding flowers on the morning of your wedding.
- Supervision of wedding photoshoots, assembling those who are to be in photo.
